Print Quality
|
Nearly
all of our customers are very satisfied, and we want you to be satisfied. If you are not, you have the option of obtaining a refund
or a reprint of your photo(s). Within two weeks of the ship date of
your order, send us an e-mail indicating the nature of the
problem, and whether you wish a credit to your account, a refund or reprint.
Cash refunds may be limited to $200 per order. (If you
contemplate placing a very large order, and you have never ordered from us
before, it is a good idea to first order a test print to make sure that
your monitor matches our printer.) In some cases we may ask you to mail back to us
a portion of each print with which you are not satisfied. Do not
mail any prints back to us unless we ask you to.

Losses in
shipment |
If your order is
lost in the mail, send us an e-mail to that effect and we will reprint
your order, once. We will absorb the cost.

Delivery time |
We normally ship
orders received by noon, on a business day, that same day. We ship most
orders by Priority Mail, which usually arrive 1-4 days after shipment,
although on rare occasions shipments may take longer. Shipment by
FedEx with rush processing is also available.

Errors in
Billing |
If you believe
we have made an error in a billing, please let us know, so that we can
correct the error.

Subject Matter |
We reserve the
right to refuse to print, store, or display any image which might be
considered pornographic, offensive and/or illegal. Moreover, we may
delete the entire directory of anyone uploading objectionable material.

Copyright |
As a customer,
you are responsible for making certain that you do not violate anyone's
copyright rights. If we think you might be violating copyright law,
we may ask you to verify for us in writing that you do have rights to
items in your directory. If we are not satisfied that you are
respecting copyright laws, and you do not overcome our concerns, we may
delete your directory.

Privacy
|
In order to
utilize the capabilities of this web site, you will submit to
us various information, including e-mail, name, address, credit card
information, and photographic images. We will not intentionally
disclose or sell this information to any third party, except that credit
card information will be transmitted over secure lines to a banking
website for processing of your credit card information. We will take
precautions to protect your privacy and protect you from unauthorized use
of any information you send to us
Except as necessary to
provide our services, we will not install software or files on your
computer. We will not snoop on your hard drive. |
