some files printed. How do I start?

A. Nearly all orders received by noon, central time, on a business day, are shipped the same day. Barring major equipment failure, any order not shipped the same day is shipped the following business day. If you ask for shipment by USPS Priority Mail (almost always the best choice), you will probably get your order in 1-4 business days. Except for blind drop shipments (see "account info" for details on this), no tracking numbers are provided. If you ask for shipment by FedEx, we guarantee that orders placed by noon (on a business day) will be shipped the same day, and be received in 1, 2, or 3 days based on the shipping option you choose. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is shipped. That number can also be seen under "account info."
