Q. How soon will I get my order?

A.  If your file does not contain line art, then probably not.  When we print your file, our equipment will automatically expand it via pixel interpolation to be 300 pixels per inch.  If you do that yourself, you increase the file size needlessly, and lengthen the upload time.  It doesn't hurt anything, but doing this may greatly expand the amount of time you spend uploading your files.

However, if you are sending us a combination of photo(s) and text or other line art, then you should set up your file for at least 100, preferably 300 pixels per inch (at the size at which your file will be printed) before adding the text.  It's generally accepted that photos will be a little bit blurry in a large print.  However, it's generally expected that the text will be sharp.

You can save yourself some upload time by adding text on-line.  Our system will expand your file before adding the text, so the text will always be sharp.
